Shopify supports payment terms but has no concept of a credit ceiling. Nothing stops an account on Net 30 from ordering far beyond what it can pay, so the exposure is discovered in a spreadsheet after the fact.

- Enforce the limit at checkout — buyers cannot order past their ceiling
- Orders that reach the limit are held for merchant review rather than silently blocked
